MidiTop10 cares and respects the artists, the authors and composers and we undertake to pay for you to these last ones sums covering the licenses of copyrights concerning the song that you buy to SODRAC and\or the legal successors. You can use the backing tracks for personal purposes only. You can not sell, exchange or give our backing tracks in all or in part in any format, at the risk of legal proceedings according to current laws. The Midi and Audio backing tracks of this site are the intellectual property of MidiTop10.
Recording and produce your own disc or cassette. If you wish to interpret and produce your own disc or cassette with our backing tracks you have to acquire mechanical licenses with SODRAC and/or CMRRA and print on your Compact Disc or Cassettes labels 'musical arrangements' by MidiTop10 and include our logo, phone number etc. We shall supply you on inquiry the logo to be printed.
